maybe a close someone is leaving or coming back.. but from the look on her face I"m going with going away for a while. Like joining the army. ^_^ Great art work and love the coloring and inking. Pro.

First thing that comes to mind is that the letter is from a dear family member who moved away, just simpley to tell them they're fine *shrugs*
Nothing too dramatic, just a nice letter which brought tears to her eyes
